Solforge Academy ("Solforge Academy", "we", "us") is an educational website operated by Yashotantra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All chapters, quizzes, guides, code samples, handouts and lab exercises are provided for learning purposes. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell or solicit any token, security or financial product.

The staking lab and every exercise on this site are designed for public test networks such as Base Sepolia, where coins have no monetary value. You must not use mainnet accounts, real funds or a seed phrase that controls real funds while following this material.

You are solely responsible for your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, the contracts you deploy and the transactions you sign. We can never recover keys or reverse a transaction for you.

The site interacts with software we do not control, including browser wallet extensions, public RPC endpoints, block explorers, faucets and blockchain networks themselves. Their availability, accuracy and behaviour are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

You agree not to:

• use the site to attack, disrupt, scan or overload any system or network;
• attempt to defraud, phish or mislead other learners;
• republish the course material as your own paid or branded product;
• misrepresent a completion certificate as an accredited qualification.

The written chapters, quizzes, illustrations and branding of Solforge Academy belong to Yashotantra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may use them freely for personal study, classroom teaching and internal team training with attribution. The contract source and starter kit are provided as learning templates; anything you build or deploy from them is yours, and reviewing it before any real-world use is your responsibility.

The completion certificate records that quizzes were passed in your browser at the stated scores. It is a record of course completion, not an accredited or externally audited credential, and it is generated locally from progress stored on your own device.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the site, including chapters, labs and downloads, at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, data, profits or opportunity arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms as the course evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
